These terms govern access to and use of Loving County Released Inmates. By browsing, searching, or otherwise using the site, you agree to every provision below. If you do not accept these conditions, discontinue use of the service.

Loving County Released Inmates is privately owned and has no connection to a government body, sheriff, jail, or corrections department. It helps visitors locate Loving County, Texas inmate and jail-record resources. It is neither a private investigation firm nor a consumer reporting agency. The site and its advertising partners do not provide services for credit, employment, insurance, tenant screening, or any other purpose governed by the Fair Credit Reporting Act.


Nature of the Service

This is a private reference service with no government ties. We store no official jail, release, inmate, or court records. We cannot confirm custody, cause a release, submit a public-record request for a visitor, or file court documents.

The service points toward Loving and Winkler County records offices, Texas corrections resources, and third-party research tools that may assist with a search.


Acceptable Use Requirements

Links may lead to release records, sheriff and corrections pages, government portals, legal-aid resources, and outside search providers. We do not control their content, privacy practices, data handling, pricing, or availability. Review the destination's own terms before using it.


Service Provided Without Warranties

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant:

  • Accuracy, completeness, or current status.
  • Continuous or uninterrupted availability.
  • Freedom from errors, bugs, or security weaknesses.
  • Complete or comprehensive results from a partner search.

Custody information and public records can change at any time. Nothing published here is an official statement by the Loving or Winkler sheriff, TDCJ, a court, or any other government office.

If One Provision Is Invalid

If a court finds part of these terms invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay effective. The affected provision will be narrowed or adjusted only as much as needed to make it enforceable.
